Body Progress

I took too long away from lifting and have basically had to start over from scratch, while also introducing a caloric deficit to cut the weight added by being lazy and eating to make my feels not so bad.

Main fat loss goals:

  1. Defined jaw line (lose double chin)
  2. Visible abs (4-pack is fine)
  3. Maintain strength sufficiently that I don’t feel feeble or unable to contribute to basic tasks, such as carrying in groceries
